1. Measure the lower breast

Put the measuring tape directly under the breast. Make sure that it runs horizontally around the upper body and is at the same height below the breast and on the back. It has to be very tight. It is best to have another person together, as they can check that it is in the right place.

Please read the number of centimeters AFTER you have exhaled. Your lungs should be empty to get the right result. Please round to the nearest centimetres. For example 72.8 becomes 73 and 72.2 becomes 72.

2. Measure breast circumference

You will achieve the correct result, if you wear an unpadded bra. Place the tape measure at the widest point of your chest. Make sure that the tape measure is placed paralell to the floor. Your posture has to be upright to make sure that the bra will also fit, when you are moving around.

3. Shape of your breast

Asymmetrical
One breast is bigger than the other.
Athletic
Wider, more muscular breast with less tissue.
Bell
Slimmer at the top bottom fuller
EastWest
Nipples point outwards in opposite directions.
Relaxed
Softer tissue and nipples point slightly downwards.
Tear
Round and a little less crowded.
Round
Equally full above and below
Side set
Wide distance between the breasts
Narrow
Slender thinner and nipple point slightly downwards

4. Measure waist dimensions

Place the tape measure around your waist at the height of your belly button.

5. Measure hip width:

It's important that you stand upright. Place the tape measure parallel to the floor at the widest point of your bottom.
